However, despite this significant investment, the long-standing demand for an <strong>All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in North Kashmir<\/strong> remains unfulfilled. The Government has clarified that <strong>no such proposal is currently under consideration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Major Healthcare Allocations in J&amp;K<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The funds have been disbursed under key healthcare initiatives, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>National Health Mission (NHM)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri-Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Breakdown of allocations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NHM:<\/strong> \u20b9459.10 crore (2021-22), \u20b9651.52 crore (2022-23), \u20b9805.22 crore (2023-24)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PM-ABHIM:<\/strong> \u20b916.11 crore (2021-22), \u20b91.00 crore (2022-23), \u20b944.01 crore (2023-24)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AB-PMJAY:<\/strong> \u20b975.12 crore (2021-22), \u20b985.62 crore (2022-23), \u20b942.22 crore (2023-24)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These details were revealed in <strong>Lok Sabha<\/strong> by <strong>Prataprao Jadhav<\/strong>, <strong>Minister of State (MoS) for Health and Family Welfare<\/strong>, in response to a query by <strong>Baramulla MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh (Engineer Rashid)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No AIIMS for North Kashmir, Existing AIIMS Funding<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MoS reaffirmed that <strong>two AIIMS<\/strong> have already been sanctioned in Jammu &amp; Kashmir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AIIMS Vijaypur (Jammu)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AIIMS Awantipora (Kashmir)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Minister <strong>cleared that no proposal for another AIIMS in Kashmir is under consideration<\/strong>.
