The <strong>Deputy CM flagged off the service<\/strong>, marking the fulfillment of another key promise by the government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Government\u2019s Commitment to Women\u2019s Welfare<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking at the event, <strong>Deputy CM Surinder Chowdhary<\/strong> reaffirmed the government\u2019s dedication to addressing public concerns and improving essential services in Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cSince the formation of the present government, we have worked tirelessly to fulfill our promises, including <strong>restoration of statehood, protection of jobs and land, provision of free electricity<\/strong>, and now this <strong>free bus service for women<\/strong>,\u201d<\/em> he stated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further emphasized that the initiative aims to alleviate travel burdens faced by women while fostering their <strong>empowerment and security<\/strong> in public spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Simplified Process for Women Passengers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the <strong>flag-off ceremony<\/strong>, the <strong>Deputy CM interacted with women passengers<\/strong>, highlighting the government\u2019s continued efforts to resolve longstanding regional concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To avail the <strong>free bus service<\/strong>, women are only required to <strong>show their Aadhaar card<\/strong> to the bus conductor while boarding any <strong>government-operated bus, including e-Buses<\/strong>.
