Notably, representatives from the J&#038;K Public Service Commission and the J&#038;K Services Selection Board will participate at the level of Additional Secretaries.<\/p>\n<p>The committee&#8217;s primary task is to finalize the digitization of <strong>Recruitment Rules<\/strong> utilizing the successful \u201cDelhi Model\u201d to accelerate the recruitment process. By incorporating the Gujarat-based <strong>BISAG-N<\/strong> as a digital partner, the committee aims to enhance the efficiency and transparency of the system. Furthermore, the ARI &#038; Trainings Department will provide secretarial assistance to the committee in its operations.<\/p>\n<p>This move comes as part of the Jammu and Kashmir government&#8217;s broader efforts to streamline administrative processes and improve public service delivery. By establishing a Single Window System, officials hope to facilitate a quicker and more structured approach to recruitments.<\/p>\n<p>Officials expect that the integration of digital technology will significantly cut down the time taken for processing recruitment, benefiting both job seekers and government departments.
